Connectors

CFC connectors can be utilised at temperatures up to 3600° F (2000° C) without losing their tensile, compressive and flexural strength.
The anisotropic thermal expansion behavior of CFC fasteners also secures graphite/CFC connections under the stress of temperature changes, thus ensuring secure connections and transmission of force and/or current under cold and hot conditions.
